Before OASIS can be evaluated as a universal Web4 / Web5 infrastructure layer, it needs to be understandable to a capable newcomer.

This section gathers the practical first questions: what should a developer install, read, run, and build first; which parts of the codebase matter most; how STAR ODK, STAR CLI, HolonManager, HyperDrive, COSMIC ORM, and STARNET relate to each other; and what a minimal working example should demonstrate.

The aim is to find the shortest credible path from curiosity to usefulness, so that Hitchhikers, hackerspace developers, game jam participants, and AI-assisted builders can see not only what OASIS claims to be, but how to begin using it.
