If OASIS is to act as a universal Web4 / Web5 coordination layer, then its promise depends not only on storing Holons across many providers, but on knowing what happens when those providers fail, diverge, or disagree.
The HyperDrive appears to offer Failover, Replication, and Load Balancing across databases, blockchains, decentralised storage, and other backends. But the harder architectural question is consistency: when the same holon can exist in several places at once, what remains canonical, what becomes merely a copy, and how are conflicts exposed, resolved, or carried forward?
These questions are intended to clarify whether OASIS is simply resilient infrastructure, or whether it can become a trustworthy persistence layer for Hitchhikers, Guides, Quests, Avatars, Trust Graphs, and the Anarchive.
